Your hotel rates will be text messaged or emailed to you by a reservation specialist a few seconds after providing your trip details. You must click the link provided in the text message or email to access your exclusive rates.
You will need government issued photo identification displaying the name requested during booking as well as a credit/debit card to pay for incidentals.
Your remaining balance is automatically charged 14 days prior to check-in on the same credit/debit card used for the deposit. This only applies to room blocks of 10 or more rooms. Less than 10 rooms are paid in full at the time you are requesting them.
We will make every attempt to change names on reservations, however please give us at least a 72 hour notice. Please note we cannot guarantee name amendments.
Our discounted reservations do not permit refunds for no shows or early checkouts.
The 1st night plus tax will be due to guarantee your reservation if your check-in date is greater than 14 days away from the time of booking. The full amount will be due to guarantee your reservation if your check-in date is less than 14 days away from the time of booking.

To cancel your reservation, as long as you are in the cancellation period please email reservations@nha.travel with your Order ID number or respond to your confirmation email stating that you are requesting to cancel your reservation. We also have a toll free 888-316-3572 number that is located on the bottom of your reservation voucher.
Refundable: Reservations are fully refundable if canceled at least 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations become nonrefundable 13 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be issued for reservations canceled 7 or fewer days before the arrival date.
Non-Refundable: Reservations that are non-refundable are stated on the checkout page. No cancellations, amendments or name changes can be made to this booking once it is confirmed.
