- * Guest must bring the same credit card and valid photo I.D. used to purchase the ticket.
- * All guests must be at least 21 years of age with a valid government issued ID to be presented at the door. Copies or paper identification will not be accepted. Non-United States issued identification must be accompanied with valid passport to be presented at the door to gain entry into the venue.
- All Ticket/Table sales are final and nonrefundable.
- Processing fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Guest must arrive by time specified on ticket for guaranteed entry.
- Tickets are non-transferrable or available for resale. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
- Artists and event subject to change without notice.
- If applicable, all taxes are included if not specified.
- Guest must bring a printed copy of the email confirmation with scan-able ticket(s), valid photo I.D., and the credit card used to purchase the table.
- Your reservation was made at 11:30AM , and due to our venues demand, we recommend early arrival. After 1PM your table is at risk to be released for resale.
- Gratuity is optional and may be paid in advance or at the venue. If you choose to pay gratuity in advance and later wish to change the amount of your gratuity, you may do so at the venue.
