What are questions I should know about booking a Pollen Events?
- Number 1 Are Hotels all inclusive? Designated hotels include all inclusive amenities while on-site. All packages include access to all concerts, events and hotel accommodations. See hotels details!
- Number 2 How do I receive my wristbands? Wristbands are shipped to the address registered on the lead booker's account 2 weeks before the experience start date.
- Number 3 What's The Refund Policy? If you choose to cancel your trip, please refer to Section 8 of the Trippr Booking Conditions for the terms that will apply. If Trippr has to cancel your trip due to COVID-19 related government restrictions, we will reschedule and you will be rebooked automatically onto the revised travel dates. If you prefer a refund, we will provide you with a 100% refund. Terms and conditions apply.
- Number 4 How do payment plans work? Once you pay your deposit the remaining balance will be distributed evenly across bi-weekly payments. Your final payment will be 15 days before the event start date. Your payment plan start date can vary depending on your deposit date. Please check your payment plan summary when you pay for your trip.
- Number 5 Can I Make Changes? Confirmed Reservations are unable to make any further changes, such as adding more travellers to your trip, and/or changing the accommodation. Please review the details of your booking carefully before proceeding to make a payment, as we make this information visible at the final stage of our checkout process.
